Please let me know if it works for you.The readme file says you should access the 'launch.bat' file in the installed folder (normally 'C:Program Files (x86)ETSPOWERPREP II'. It could also be just 'Program Files'). However the Command window appeared and disappeared inmediately in my case.Instead of that I entered the 'bin' folder where there is also a 'launch.bat' file but I instead clicked on the 'l.bat' file. It's working so far.
